Sulee Stinson Clay is a senior corporate and transactional lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience advising companies, founders, boards, investors, sponsors, lenders, and management teams on corporate, financing, acquisition, governance, and strategic matters.
Before founding Stinson Strategy PLLC, Sulee served as Partner and Chair of the Corporate Group at McKennon Shelton & Henn LLP. She previously practiced as a partner at DLA Piper and began her legal career at Kirkland & Ellis.
Her practice focuses on practical, business-oriented counsel for clients navigating growth, transactions, governance demands, capital structure issues, commercial relationships, and operational complexity.
